New here but just wanted to share my progress. I've been fat my whole life, & though I've attempted multiple different diets, nothing ever lasted more than 2/3 weeks.
In mid October I hit my highest weight ever: 460lbs.
The next day, I completely cleared all carbs & sugary food/drinks out of my apartment, & since then I have primarily only been eating healthy. Also started to excercise regularly - at least 4 times a week.
Obviously there were a few slip ups here & there, but for the most part I've stuck to it, & as of tonight, I've lost 42lbs (shoutout the 🐐 Mariano Rivera), which is the most weight I've ever lost in my life!!
I'm feeling really great, happier than I've ever been before, & I'm so excited to continue on this journey!!
