Hi everyone. I love this community and it always helps me so much. So I’ve gained back all the weight that I lost from keto a year ago (of course) and I’m currently in grad school and just struggling with food. I don’t have much time to go to the gym because of my heavy work and school schedule. I recently lowered my calorie intake. The problem is that there is food around me constantly. My work meetings have some amazing food and when I’m under so much stress at work it’s SO HARD for me to not indulge. I’m struggling with the guilt that comes after and feeling like I can’t lose weight without keto and I don’t want to do keto again. I want to find a more sustainable way of eating and really give counting calories a shot. I also feel like it’s necessary for me to eat out on the weekends even if it’s in moderation in order to not get an eating disorder again which I do when I restrict myself like crazy. I’m just really struggling with school and work, and really REALLY want to lose 20 pounds by graduation in May. Please lmk of anything that’s worked for you or any tips, or just words of motivation. THANK YOU!
