Don't forget how rewarding it is to stay on track! Even working out 3 times a week, I always forget how good I feel after and instinctively avoid it.

Every now and then (once or twice a month) I skip a gym day and stay home and play pokemon for 3 hours instead like a piece of crap. Yesterday I was just on the brink of giving in, but I ended up going to the gym and felt great afterwards. After working out I feel accomplished in taking one more step towards my goal, I feel stronger and more confident in my body, and I feel like I was productive so I'm proud of how I spent my time. I get so tired I usually sleep earlier and get better sleep too!

This is partially to remind myself by concretely writing it down, but hopefully other people feel the same. Don't skip out on that work out, it will feel rewarding! When you finish, think about how you feel and don't forget!

(Disclaimer, obviously YMMV and different people have different limits. Just keep trying to do a little more every day, that's the only way to improve!)
