Reading the posts here, I'm wondering if measuring in kilograms is more mentally forgiving than pounds. If my weight is anywhere between one kilo and the next, I don't tend to notice the decimal... so if I gain a pound overnight from 70kg to 70.6kg, in my head I'm still "yay, 70kg!" I don't really notice the half kilo fluctuations.
On the flip side of course, when you're talking about weight you've already lost then I'm sure having that bigger number is motivating. I might start telling myself I've lost 13 lbs, but only have 6kg to lose...
So, is this a good hack or am I just hungry and dehydrated (hello fellow sweaty Aussies)?
