Constantly on tour (160+ days a year) and don't know where to start

Hey all,

I just weighed myself and am at 320 pounds... a weight I've never been before in my life. When I was around 17 I did keto and went from ~260 down to 180 but wasn't able to maintain in college. I'm currently 22 years old and 6'1 and just wanted to see what people's thought processes are on how to try to maintain a healthy diet and lose weight. I'd love to do keto again and am starting today but I don't see it as a sustainable life choice for my line of work.

I work in music and am on tour constantly. 90% of the time I tour, I leave for the weekend and visit 2-4 cities in the US/Canada, spending 12-18 hours in each city max. The rest of my tour time is international tours where I'm gone for 5-18 days, usually the same little amount in each city although sometimes will get a few days off. This year I've spent a total of approx 160 days away from home so I rarely can keep groceries in my fridge even when I am home as I'm there for 2-4 days max. When I'm home, I'm almost completely sedentary as I'm trying to relax and rest from the weekend of work.

Any advice, comments, concerns, etc are all welcomed. Thank you all for your time!
