Realized I have been making too many excuses for myself. At first, it was that I had a boyfriend so it was fine, then it was nursing school so I did not have time, and most recently it was seeing all my friends after being away for school. But I am so so tired of making excuses for myself. I don't know how successful I will be but I just know that I had to start today, so that is what I did. I will take all my measurements tomorrow morning but for now, I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in on this challenge? I need something to push me and get me started so I will update this post throughout my challenge and than at the end with my results. Also, I am doing intermittent fasting (16:8) and 1200 calories/day. So these are my three goals: ChloeTing workout, IF, and 1200 calories
Day 1:
Chloe Ting Workout: Completedish- I am so out of shape that there were some exercises that I could not complete but overall I tried my best and finished so I am hoping to improve this
Intermittent Fasting: Completed (12:20 pm-7:50pm)
1200 Calories: Completedish- I did not count the calories specifically, but today I had a large sized kit kat and homemade cake that my mom had made. I know that the kit kat is 460 calories but I have no clue how much calories of the cake that I ate was. I am hoping it was under 740 calories so I am still within the 1200 calorie limit but I want to say that it was because I did not have a crazy amount of it or anything.
Things to improve: Drinking more water because I had like maybe 4 cups of water today. Counting my calories more accurately instead of estimating so I clearly understand what I am putting into my body.
