Can someone help me just know where to..start?

I have been overweight since graduating high school, but before that I was always very thin. What changed for me was around junior year, I had severe depression which lasted until this last couple of years I’ve recently started to get a bit better. Not everything is perfect but I am at a place where I’m ready to start putting myself first again . During that time of depression (besides these last 3 years because I had a beautiful baby boy) I was heavily drinking and eating out all the time so that had an major impact on my weight/body. Then once I found out I was pregnant, I found out my weight- which I neglected to check for so long due to self esteem issues- I was at my heaviest (that I know of) 279lbs. After my son was my born, I lost about 40lbs just from stress of being a new mom and breast feeding. I tried Herbalife and was working out and got myself down to 219. Then I honestly don’t know how I lost the motivation but in a blink of eye (it feels like) I have slowly but surely got myself back to 254. (Within two years). I know the obvious answers are to begin with my diet and working out but I just don’t know where to start! I don’t want to do Herbalife again because those shakes were gross and not satisfying & very expensive. I’m a full time mom, student, & am working as much as I can to pay the bills but at the end of the day I’m broke lol. I need help figuring out meals that affordable and tasty. Also figuring out a workout plan that fits in my schedule. I’m at school 8am-530pm & work 630pm- close (sometimes 12-1am). & then the days I have off I’m catching up on house chores and spending time with my son. Alsooo with working out, I know I can just look up workouts but I don’t want to burn myself out the first week if that makes sense? I feel like slow and steady wins the race at this weight but I’m still clueless?? Idk sorry if this post is all over the place- but if you’re tracking me, I would love some advice! Please & thank you!
