I decided to start losing weight since last September. I lost 15 kilos by quitting sugary drinks and snacking entirely while doing intermittent fasting paired with OMAD and super low calorie meals.
I've always thought that I don't really feel hunger all that much. This was also prominent during fasting, where I would have a lot more time than usual. I suspect it is all the time I saved by not eating as much.
Man, it gets really boring during those times. I distracted myself playing games or studying but wow it gets boring and I suspect it is when I start snacking.
Anyone happen to feel like this?
