advice on losing the last 10ish pounds

Hellloooo!

So, quick rundown. I’m 20F, 5’9”, around 143/144 lbs. In high school I was about 140, then I went off to college and gained 30lbs. Spent the latter half of 2018 and the first part of 2019 losing the weight, so I got back down to 140. Since then I’ve gained a few pounds back from no longer restricting myself, but I’m still pretty unhappy with my body and I’ve resolved to try and hit 135. I’ve been tracking my calories to make sure I’m in a deficit but the weight does not seem to want to come off past the 140 mark, and once I’ve been at 140 long enough I end up thinking “ah what the hell” and then eat my way back up to around 143. I walk about 3 miles a day naturally just from walking to class but I otherwise don’t have time to go to the gym or exercise much just because of how busy I am.

What helped y’all lose those last 10ish pounds?? What worked & what should I avoid? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
