So it’s currently December 14, 2019, Im 20 years old, 6’3 and have been at a stable 175lbs since about the beginning of August 2019. I started to loose weight in September 2018, and it’s funny because it really wasn’t for any reason other than I just didn’t feel like being overweight anymore. I’ve been fat my whole life and it was just like one day I woke up and wanted to loose all the weight, at that point I was 330 lbs and wanted to get down to 200 lbs. In the beginning (1 month) I didn’t work out I just watched what I ate. After that month I lost about 10 pounds and started hitting the gym, at first it was 4 days a week. around February 2019 did it turn into 5-6 days a week. I would spend anywhere from 1-4 hours a day at the gym, doing cardio, lifting, and sitting in the sauna. As far as eating goes beside cutting out snacking, bread and a majority of sweets, I was mainly eating grilled chicken salads with balsamic vinegar for dinner. tbh I literally winged the fuck out of it until summer of 2019. Beginning of summer I hit my goal of 200lbs but I still wasn’t satisfied so I tightened up my diet using myfitnesspal, and but the beginning of August I had hit 175, and I was finally happy and content with my body and weight. The secret is not any kind or specific diet or work out. Straight up you just have to change up your life style to a more health & active one. Instead of normal ice cream try halo tops! Or almond milk, might not be as good at first but you’ll end up liking them more after a bit, and that’s just 2 examples. Park in the back of the lot and walk a little more.
Now I eat more, but I still work out everyday, I’ve been keeping this stable weight and I don’t plan on ever being where I once was. I’ve made going to the gym a part of my life, at this point I don’t even think about it, I just go and do it. I feel bad when I don’t go once a week and feel like a slob.
This year of 2019 I’d lost all the weight, quit smoking weed everyday for 3 years & nicotine, oh and registered for college 2020!
If you read this thank you! My first post as well!
