Hello losers,
Today is my work Friday so huzzah!
Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 213.8 this morning, 215.8 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: Not sure what's up for dinner but my body has been mweh about food today so I should be good. 16/18 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: I should work out when I get home. I will also say my body is tired & hurting so it shall be gentle. 16/19 days.
Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: Not to excuse it, last night was just nightmare city. 11/13 allowed.
Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): Had lunch with a friend & have been trying to be kind to my body. It's real blergh today.
Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans, Mexican red lentil stew & a new chili rendition so far. Not sure what's doing next, it will depend on whether SO brings home a ham. 3/5 weeks.
Finish The Body Keeps the Score: No progress yet. I'm so tired every night guys. I'm living that hyper vigilance thug life & in a nightmare cycle so I know this could help but it could also make it worse.
Note something jolly every damn day: Handed out little holiday treats at work.
