[17M] Need A Bit Of Advice On Weightloss

So I'm 17M and it took me a year to lose 1 st and 10lbs.Right now I stand at around 12st 5lbs and I plan to get to 10st. I know I could've done it sooner but at points I would just lose my motivation.

The way I would do it is, I make sure what I eat doesn't have over enough calories and I would try to stick between 1500-1800 calories a day. I also started doing C25K and got to 8 weeks in so that increased my stamina quite a bit, but then I got a job.

I found it hard to maintain a job while also running every day. This made me lose motivation and then I also started eating less healthy. I stopped running and now feel super self conscious. I went from 12st 2lbs to 12st 5lbs (now) in about 3 months but feel 5st heavier. I stopped watching what I was eating and didn't care about exercise. I went from walking every day to college (it was a 40 minute walk) to just getting the bus. I go to KFC once a week with my friends and then I feel kind of pressured into eating there though I know I shouldn't.

I quit my job because I realised I was a bit stressed during it which may have added to the weight gain. So I want to start running again but I've lost the motivation. I'm constantly snacking even when I'm full because I like the taste of food.

So I guess what I'm asking is: How do you stay motivated? How long will it take for me to lose that 2st (e.g 6 months or more or less at a steady rate)? Any tips to stay full? And finally, any tips on dealing with the self conscious feeling.
