I’m sorry this post is so late, and it’s on mobile so I hope formatting is okay. Travel and family kept me off the Internet today, but I didn’t forget! With the chaos of travel, I have not seen the scale in a few days, so I am posting my latest weigh-in from Friday. I won’t have an updated weight until this upcoming Friday and I am just hoping I don’t gain too much. I feel more success in being mindful of how much I’m eating compared to previous years, so fingers crossed! I’ll also try to fit in a couple of runs, since my family is in a warmer location than home. I will post again on Christmas Day for anyone that would like to work right until the end. I will also post next Monday and on New Year's Day for those who had goals end. Happy Holidays!!
