Hello! I want to know, what is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a dessert while you're on a calorie deficit?
These dont have to be things that youd eat all in the same day or anything. Im hoping for new ideas and patterns. Such as: do most peoplle on a deficit favor eggs for breakfast or is there something else? Please feel free to include as many or as little details as you would like.
Favorites: Breakfast- 2 over easy eggs, 1 piece of light bread toast with a tablespoon of Avocado "butter" ~250 kcal filling, easy and affordable
Lunch- 1 cup of canned black beans and 1/2 cup to 1 cup of rice 300-400kcal also filling easy and affordable
Dinner- Taco salad- ground beef, lettuce, Pico de Gallo and Shredded cheese. No idea on calories since it varies how much of it I eat. Not as affordable cuz beef is expensive but I like it a lot do its a favorite.
Dessert: strawberry shortcake ice cream bar. Calories are 160 and I love them.
