Just starting out

Hey, I'm a 25(m) I've been lurking on this sub a while and decided to finally make the change and try to make healthier choices in my life. I started working out 3 times a week for about an hour each, I do 15 mins of cardio/15 lifting then repeat, I'm looking for some ideas on that front as far as where you guys find workouts.

Also, I started tracking calories in the food I eat, but I'm not sure how you guys come up with the calculations as to how much of a deficit I need each day.

I am about 240 rn and looking to get to around 200(I haven't been 200 since I was a teenager) thats my goal.

Thanks for your motivating words on here guys keep up the good work!
