Day 1 after 3 years of maintenance

After I (32f) lost about 60lbs several years ago I have managed to maintain for the last 3 years or so. Today marks day 1 to start my second push towards my next goals. I don’t really have a clear goal defined yet. I really don’t know what number on the scale makes sense for my body since I’ve never been healthy weight. I’ve dabbled in trying to lose weight over the years but I’ve found these last 20ish a lot harder than the first 60.

The first time my strategy was simply walking more and focusing on Whole Foods and fresh produce. But this time it seems like I need more of a plan and I really don’t know where to start. Any not exactly new newbie advice?
