Hi
I have been doing light cardio (30 mins either walking/hiking/jogging or mix of all on peloton tread) followed by 30 mins strength. 3-4 x a week.
It’s been working for me, in terms of I can work out longer and effectively if i do it this way. However i have seen a lot if things online that it is better to do strength first…why is this?
I am trying to lose weight. A considerable amount. Does me doing cardio first affect this?
