My maintenance calories is something like 2100 so less 500kcal is 1600 (I think its the tdee?). I workout 3-4 times a week and I only lift 10kg.
I'm doing 1400 for a month and I'm fine because I eat 2 big meals a day.
The reason why I'm doing 1400 instead of 1600 it's because I want to reach my goal before summer. I'm wondering if it's safe since 1200 is extreme and I'm only eating more 200 than the "extreme"
