In the last month I lost 5kg (10 lbs), some days I feel great and look different and my clothes fit different but today I feel like I gained it all back, I look the same as the day I started and my clothes don’t look that different.
I was stressed out about this so I thought I’d go for a walk but then came home and binged…mostly on healthy and stuff and I logged everything but I pretty much ate all my calories before 12:00pm so…wth is happening?
