Workout routine for dumbbells and barbells only?

So, I'm kinda a beginner and kinda not, because I'm ok with most of the forms (bench press, squat, dead lift and some moves), I can't say I'm perfect with those forms but I think I have some knowledge about them, because I used to work out (well, stopped after a few months :( )

Anyways, now I have bought sets of dumbbells and one barbell and a power rack, I am working out in my basement.

I used to do AllPros program, but find it too slow and made a few progress, hence probably why I stopped working out because I was frustrated with the progress I made.

Is there any program that's beginner friendly and requires barbell and dumbbells only? I'm trying to lose weight, and I'm also doing keto.

I've read the sub routine but seems like it requires some gym machine.
