What did you do to lose weight while going to university full-time?

I’m currently back in university and it’s really going... not so well. It’s really stressful, I feel constantly anxious and depressed. I have a lot to do when I get home. Non-stop homework, study guides to do to study for quizzes/exams. An online class that expects the most. Just a lot. At the end of the day, I feel mentally and emotionally drained. This has driven me to eat out more often, drink less water, sleep a whole lot more and skip the gym. The last time I went to the gym and had home cooked meals was the first week of uni, when things weren’t as bad. Just thinking about this puts me down. I feel encouraged to go to the gym, then everything that I have to do before class tomorrow just rushes through my head. I end up hiding in bed, binging trash tv and ordering in. I’ve been thinking about just finishing this semester and not returning. I already have an Associate’s degree, but I wanted to go in for a Bachelors, since most jobs today ask for that now. All of this just puts me down and I worry more about my health.

For those of you who went through all of this and still managed to lose/maintain weight. What did you do to find that energy and motivation to stay on track?
