So im on track for my goals. I was eating around 1800-2000 calories a day but have gotten that down to 1300 a day without too much adjustment thanks to intermittent fasting. I wake up and have my coffee and then drink water or tea until 11 am when i have a high protein smoothie that is only about 250 calories. Ive found that i get hungry in the afternoon and also really tired so try to have a hard boiled egg or a protein shake and then a regular dinner before 7 pmychang and then survive on herbal tea or water for the rest of the night. Im also rowing about 45 minutes a day. Since one of my diet killers was snacking after dinner, intermittent fasting has really helped eliminate those extra calories.
