SuperBowl with Friends Challenge

So, we have been dieting since last Jan 2019, I’ve lost 85ish, he’s lost 40ish, (I had more to lose.) I’m 25, gym membership to college extended to spouse, we’ve been going since 2 weeks ago, and we were having friends (on Keto diet) and a few others on no diet over for the football tonight. Of course I was okay cheating a bit, (Husband loves the SuperBowl), but still tried to stay (fairly) 😃 happy.

We crockpotted a pork shoulder, left it to sauce as you like, made my chilled potato mozzarella bites (basil, roasted tomato, sliced fresh mozzarella, basil, easy), and made a veggie flatbread, and a pork flatbread (not everyone was on diet), and cut it all small.

I’ve never had more components on a meal in my life!!!

I always cooked yummy fatty foods. Same friends (live in college town), and it was so amazing. I still made my cheese dip (only had a bit), but that’s the only thing left!!! I think dieting made me use seasonings better, and it’s amazing! Dieting doesn’t have to be gross - everyone asked me recipes... but aside from tomatoes I just eyeballed it... but man it made me think.
