I have struggled with my weight my entire life. In my adult life I have gone through phases where I do really well for a while and then ‘treat’ myself with food (of course) because I ‘earned it’.
For example, I completed my third round of Whole 30 in January and lost 17 lbs. My plan for February was to continue doing mostly W30 but adding in things here and there still able to live my life and enjoy an occasional treat.
Well it is February 15 and I have wasted the last 2weeks of time. I haven’t gained all 17 lbs back but I am not eating healthy at all and I can’t seem to stop! I was laser focused and determined to continue making progress and feeling good about myself but I just can’t seem to get back into it mentally!
How do you keep yourself from yo-yo dieting and why does it have to be so dang hard?!
I’m feeling very discouraged and hating myself right now. ☹️
