I had posted a week or two ago about not seeing any results after starting to workout. I had a lot of people giving details on why that could be and encouraging me to continue. Today I just hit 40 pounds lost overall and I've got quite a bit to go still, but since my last post I've lost about 6 pounds and I feel like I'm on the right track. I've got loads more energy, I'm eating better, I'm improving my personal bests nearly every time at the gym, I feel so much better about this whole process. Just wanted to say thanks to all the people who encouraged me to continue, that little push kept me going and I feel like I'm on the right track to making healthy decisions going forwards!
