I know fruits are good but I was wondering if there were any snacks to eat if I'm on the go. I get really hungry during my breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals and as a person with epilepsy, I can't starve myself or else ya know... seizures.
Tbh, it doesn't have to be healthy. As long as it's not unhealthy, I'm good (and I understand that eating too much of one thing will still be unhealthy). I've seen Popchips, simply pop, and whatever else I find but there are always sites I find online saying that they are bad. Also I kinda like eating soft things as well, so that would be helpful if you have any ideas. I've managed to stop my soda cravings by replacing it with sparkling water.
Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you.
