I'm (21F) off the uni meal plan this semester. This is the first time I've had complete reign over my diet, as at home I obviously cook for my family. I'm hoping I can use this and nearby rec center to my advantage to drop maybe 5-10 pounds before the semester's end? I'm 152 lbs right now.
I'd say my biggest obstacles are going to be my new medication, which is inhibiting my metabolism a lot and making me more tired than I've ever been before (it's getting better bit by bit though), and my caffeine addiction. I'm trying to switch over to coffee and drink more water, but soda is my major weakness.
I figure if I put it out there in the universe, I'll be more motivated to keep up with it. Wish me luck.
