Remembering to track

Hi! I started here about 2 and a half years ago. Lost some weight, got out of the habit of tracking, gained it all back and then some.

I’ve been trying for months now to start again, but am having a really hard time. Every Monday I tell myself I’m going to start again, but by Tuesday I’ve forgotten to weigh my food and then get discouraged that I don’t know how much I ate and lose the discipline to track. I also find it frustrating because the calorie count for my whole week will be off.

So I guess my question is, how do you remember to weigh and track your food? And how do you overcome the tediousness of every ingredient - remembering that you used x tablespoons of olive oil or x teaspoons of sugar, for example.
