Really want udon (jap. ramen). Yay or nay?

Recently took up dragon boating. About 2 weeks ago i was 256lbs. Weight tends to bounce between 244lbs to 256lbs a few times a month. I dont work out too hard, just 3 miles of walking (not nonstop) on campus everyday and my intense (for my body) cardio/muscular workout. I ate a few ounces of broccoli and an entire cucumber today, with coffee and half a liter of green tea, as well as water. Really, really craving udon which is under 500cal but around 3100 mg of sodium. Been studying for the last 6 hours after my dragonboat practice. Should i go home, or can i spoil myself with udon?

Tdlr: had good weight loss recently due to walking to and from classes+dragon boat practice. Had veggies and water today. Can I consume this delicious but sinister udon without ruining my weight loss situation (too much)?

Plus, how much will consuming this sodium-heavy udon affect me, weight loss wise?
