Question I have about tracking my food

So I eat grits as part of my diet and I’ve had this reoccurring question about the measurements for my prep: for the serving size, is that cooked or dry? For instance, if I add a 37g serving to 1 cup of water like I’m supposed to, and the ending result ends of being 145g+ of grits, do I track in my fitness pal as if I ate ONE 37g serving of grits or do I weigh out the total amount of grits that were made with that ONE 37g serving and put whatever that number is as the total number that I ate as opposed to just 37g.

TLDR: do I track grits in my fitness pal raw (37g), or do I track the weight of the grits plus the water, (150g+) as ONE serving?
