Hey, I'm posting this here to motivate myself. I'm 167cm and 64kg. Most people won't think it's a big deal and my weight is normal but I don't feel happy or confident about it. I'm also on the border of being overweight according to the BMI scale thing so I'm going to be writing things down now. I'll be working out every day except for weekends and calorie count. I won't be going on a diet I'll just try to eat less sugar and generally eat smaller portions. If anyone has some great tips for me I'm open for any help I can get! The thing I need the most help for is cutting back on sugar, I just can't do it even though I have been trying since I was 8-9. I think I am seriously addicted, I tried some online hypnosis but it didn't work for me :/
