I'm a 31F who weighs about 166lb, 5'2. A few months ago, for 3 weeks I exercised every single day, 20-45 minutes a day. I ate 1200 calories or less. At the end of the 3 weeks I only lost 3 pounds. I was so demoralized that I stopped. The only 2 factors I can think of that's not helping me is that I work night shift and I'm on hormonal birth control. I want to lose 40 pounds by December (not sure of that's realistic). For the last few weeks when I work I only bring a smoothie (homemade or store bought) and 1-2 small snacks like a cucumber and some mixed nuts. I'm dying of starvation by morning but I dont know what else to do. Sorry of this post is scattered, but I need some help!
