When I was very young I was skinny. In 3rd grade someone told me I was chubby for the first time, I didn’t realize it until they told me. I was always unathletic. My friends could hop fences and play sports but I would struggle.
Junior year of high school I realized I would never get any girls if I didn’t change (there were other motivators, but that’s the one that really did it lol). Once I learned that a pound of fat is 3500 calories (from this sub!) I began making progress.
I make the best progress eating 1500 calories a day plus a little more if I exercise.
I remember weighing 267.7 on Thanksgiving Day 2017. I was 16. I weighed 245 by July 2018. I weighed 200 in June 2019. I weighed 190 in August, 170 by November, and today, February 2019, I weigh 158.
I just wanted to share my progress and timeline because I know the transformations posted here helped motivate me.
Here are some pics. The first two are around 215 pounds (the oldest shirtless pic I have of myself), the other two are today. I have a jawline! I don’t have sagging titties! I almost have visible abs! And I get girls now!
I want to lose about 8 more pounds (I still have fat deposits on my chest and thighs) then start bulking with muscle.
Thank you to this sub for everything. Good luck to you all in your fitness journeys!
