I am a 14 years old and I have never not been over weight, I’ve never really out any effort into dieting/exercise and I want to change that I just don’t know how. I’m coming here for advice because I don’t know where else to go, I don’t have access to a gym and the food I eat is all trash, once about late December I weighed 346 and I went to the doctor yesterday and I weighed 330 there are some days I just don’t eat because I feel like it’ll help me. I’ve been cutting out sodas and juices, I just don’t know what else to do. I hate being in public or ever taking full body pictures my body disgusts me and I want to change it.
