Ok so possibly the first thing you will notice while you look at the photos is my chest. I have pretty big moobs, I was bullied up until recently for them which inspired me to try and lose weight. This is my third attempt at a low-carb diet (and so far my most successful since my mental health has cleared up since my last attempt.
I have been restricting myself to 25 carbs a day for the past 4 days (of my planned month) but it already feels physically like I've made progress.
