I have such a strong craving to eat ramen when physically/emotionally tired that I don’t know what to do.

Hi guys I’ve been struggling with a craving for cup /cheap spicy ramen especially when I’m emotionally or physically tired. I had meal prepped my meals for a couple of weeks by freezing them which was around 300-400 calories each for lunch and dinner. I was on track for a good week until my schedule changed and (I’m a medical student and had night shifts for a week which is really hard on my body) I became so tired that I bought a package a shin ramen 5 pack and basically ate it within three days. I’m clueless on how to stop the craving/urge to just eat stuff like this and it makes me sad when I essentially ‘relapse’. This is a struggle to especially on Friday nights when I’m too exhausted to hang out with friends that I just pick up Chinese food takeout or any other junk food. I had also tried the ‘0’ calories noodles too and I didn’t like it even though I bought a whole pack making me right back in square one.

I’d really appreciate getting advice from people on how to stop the emotional/physical cravings I have for ramen/Friday night junk.
