I had a shit day, and I'm frustrated.

I have been concentrating on my health...working out 5 days a week, eating whole nutritious foods. Counting calories, listening to health-centered podcasts. But I majorly fell off the bandwagon today (Friday 2/7...I realize I'm posting this after midnight on the 7th, but this post is about the 7th. Don't shoot me.) It started with using a cupcake and ice cream party at work to cope with a dear friend having to put her dog to sleep today. That was all during work hours. When I got home from work, I rode the airdyne for 35 minutes and then did 35 minutes of DDP Yoga...so I had a good workout. But then I went out and drank too much beer. I'm trying to tell myself that it's a minor setback and that I can get back on track tomorrow, but I'm beating myself up majorly. Any suggestions for getting through tough times?
