I don’t feel guilty.....

So today I stayed on track and beat my cravings... kinda. So I ate my regular boiled egg and toast for breakfast but discovered we had pain au chocolate which I knew if I didn’t eat it I’d eat too many later so I ate one which was fine as I fit it in my daily calories. For lunch I was craving pizza so I made a low calorie wrap pizza which was delicious and beat my craving. For dinner I had chicken and potatoes with veg. After dinner is when I went off track.

I had two fibre one bars, a chocolate bar and a slice of bread, but I don’t feel guilty. It’s my second day back after a week of exams and food just wasn’t something I was going to worry about. Instead I feel motivated as I went for a walk and did a workout that actually makes me feel sore but I feel like it’s working. I’ve lost a pound in the two days I’m back which I know might be water weight but still great to see the scales go down. I’m ready to go tomorrow and I’m feeling more motivated than ever. Starting the gym this Saturday let’s go!
