Over the past few days, I have gotten quite a bit of candy for Valentine’s Day—some from my mom, some from one of my friends, and some from my job. I have tried my hardest to contain my cravings and I keep giving in each and every time. I’ve tried hiding candy in my closet. I’ve tried hiding it in one of my drawers. I have tried removing it from my room entirely and put it in the dining room. No matter what I did, I have succumbed to my cravings. I’ve lost 45 pounds over the past year and I don’t want to gain any of it back. So tonight, I threw all of the rest of the candy I had away. I fucking hate that I did this. I need some encouragement and support.
