How important is it to hit caloric intake?

27/F CW: 155 GW: 125

I know that we have to eat, but after my workout today, I have only consumed 580cal. It’s 7:30PM right now, and once I go to bed I will likely have eaten 800-1000. I’m not trying to severely cut calories, I just don’t feel that hungry...

I’m trying to lose weight and gain muscle, so I worry that I won’t gain any muscle if I don’t hit my 1350 cal goal.

I guess I don’t really understand how it works...but I honestly feel like I cannot force myself to eat another 500-800 calories in the next few hours. I plan to eat some protein heavy foods tonight, but will I fuck everything up if I don’t hit that goal?
