How do i start?

Hi i know its a hard to answer question but i thought i would give it a try currently i am 18M 230lbs i have been overweight since i was about 7 but since about December i have been turning my life around and mainly i have been eating less and going to the gyms 2 times a week and walking on a tread mill for about 30 mins and i have lost a couple pounds but i'm looking to take this seriously and lose the weight but have no idea where to begin like from reading through posts on the this reddit i have learned that calorie counting is most of weight lose but i have no idea what to be eating or what to be doing at the gym and google is close to no help for me with the 300 different do this buy this diet plans so i'm hoping someone here can give me some advice to start on my way
