So I've been doing CICO (1500 a day) and managing to get to the gym pretty regularly (3/4 times a week). I'm down 12kg from my heaviest and 7.6kg down this year (from Jan 1st around 103kg to 95kg). I feel fine with the amount of food and achieving PB's on the Treadmill every session, however I feel very clueless about an actual gym routine and weights. Atm I just do about 25mins Cardio split between Treadmill, ellipticals, bikes, rowers (whatever takes my fancy that day) and just do a few sets on every weight machine I see, totalling about an hour session. Whilst I'm dropping weight, I can't help but feel like I'm neither being efficient or optimised with my time/workout. If anyone has any advise, an app or anything I can follow that would be very much appreciated, cheers in advance.
