Good luck🤙🏻

Last year in august i went through a tough breakup with my girlfriend of four years, we were together since our last year in school and we had a great time together, Due to some stuff going on we split and have both been getting on with it.

When we met i was a toothpick! Weighed around 9 and a half stone but over the years i somehow managed to end up weighing 17 and a half at my worst, i was sick of how i looked so i dieted and pretty much ate plain chicken breast or tuna with brown rice, it worked as i lost around 2 and a half stone in around 3 months which was sweet! So i maintained a weight of around 15st until we broke up which pushed me to diet further.

I’m now down to 12st 10lb and i’d thought i share a photo from the start to where i am now!

Also for anyone who needs to hear it, break up’s aren’t all bad! They give you a chance to reinvent or even just change in ways you wouldn’t have done before. Thanks for reading my terribly written post!
