Off to see some old friends for the weekend, and want to enjoy myself without worrying too much about calories - not going too overboard, but just indulging myself a bit. I finally feel safe doing this, because I lapsed and overate a few weeks ago and - for the first time ever - didn't let it dissuade me from my goals. Instead of spiralling into a binge I went right back to eating healthily after a few days, and feel more confident in my ability to do so again. Maybe a couple of days of indulgence will mean that I only lose 0.4lb next week instead of 1, but who cares about that? I've earned it.
