M (26) - I was 227 lbs.
For the last month and a half, i've dropped almost 9 lbs. What i am doing is eating at a deficit, strictly only in the evening and keeping a track of my calories so that my meal doesn't exceed a certain amount for my goals. Soups and chicken really help to make me full with less calories.
To deal with hunger through the day, i drink around 3-4 cups of black coffee - really helps me supress the cravings.
Lastly, trying to squeeze around 1 hour of walking, which burns me an extra 300 calories every day. Drinking beer i also now limit to once a week only.
The results are in (9 lbs lost) and just wanted to share how happy i am that it's working!
