Advice needed!

I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help, sorry for any bad formatting or faux pas before I start, I'm relatively new to reddit.

So I'm 29, 5ft9 and 280lbs. I walk between 5 and 10k per day with 1 day off per week. I eat my feelings. I have complex PTSD and depression (medically controlled and the medication isn't prone to causing weight problems) and I can't seem to stop eating. It's like an addiction. I visited the doctor and he basically explained how calorie counting works and sent me on my way. I would like to explain that I know HOW to lose weight, I understand cico etc. My problem is eating.

I'm reaching the end of my tether, if I don't get my eating under control I know I'm going to have health problems, and I agonise over how much I've eaten in a day, but I can't seem to stop myself.

I don't know what I expect in ways of advice but anything is welcome!
