Advice needed! How to calculate calories for foods I don't make?

I live with my parents and I've been trying loose weight for a long time. What feels like the one millionth time I'm starting again. I am currently using LifeSum to track my food and I seem to be doing a good job during the day, but it all seems to come undone at night! To help stay on track, I've started incorporating intermittent fasting, and it seems to be going ok. However I always struggle with tracking my dinner. My parents or sister cook dinner every night, and my mum is on a low carb diet so most of the dinners are vegetables, meat and occasionally a sauce of some kind.

Normally by dinner time I have around 800 calories left for the day, but I have no way of measuring the ingredients used in dinner or the serving size. What's the best way to estimate the calories?

My family are "a bit of this and a bit of that" style of cooks so they don't pay much attention to the amount of ingredients they use. I also can't cook my own dinner as it would be too expensive (trying to save for a house!)

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
