Some context. I’m 26 female weighing in at 211. I’m down from 245. I’m stuck though because I cannot kick my ass in gear and eat right. I work 2 jobs totaling a 65 hour work week. 4 days a week I work from 8am-11pm between both jobs. When I get home/ when I have free time I want to veg out and eat delicious fried foods, sweets, and other not so great things. I’m still going to the gym but my eating is trash. And I’m not gaining weight but I’m also not losing. I know my little snacks and binge weekends add up. Any advice how to stop and set myself back on the right track?
I’m an English professor from 8-2 and then from 230-11 I’m a cashier at a grocery store. I spend most the day on my feet.
