One week through. Its been tough because of medication doses getting higher so I have been sleepy for most of the day. I have been eating 2 sandwiches every morning when I'm going to school (usually around 7 am). Then its usually a lot of water till lunch at 12 pm. At lunch, I really feel the need to eat tons of food. But I try eating slower and eat a freshly baked bread slice at the side. I try going small portion size and to take a lot of vegetables. Usually, the tomatoes are soggy and it makes me lose interest in eating green at all. After lunch, I feel so tired but I keep on drinking water till I get home since dinner is around 5 pm. It's been tough not to eat more than I should and somedays I slip up. But I'm just getting started so I have to keep trying.
