How do I do measurements? Like where should I pay attention to my body, where it’s matters health wise and not just purely aesthetics.
I’m 34, M, 230ish. I’m trying to lose weight and get healthy. The number really isn’t important to me, it’s more of getting healthier and getting slim.
I’ve been on again and off again with the gym, I went steady for a while once (2 years) and slimmed up to the point I had a jaw line. But I was really just winging it and hoping for the best.
Now I let myself go and I feel like shit so I need to start somewhere. Hoping this give me that extra push to go back to the gym regularly and eat healthy.
